A menu for the people around your table.
Start with who is coming and how you want to eat. This checklist helps us discuss a Fresh Zesty menu that fits your gathering, without guessing portions or promising availability.
Bring these details to your inquiry
- Date and time: include when you plan to serve the food, not just when the event starts.
- Guest count: tell us whether the number is firm or an estimate, and whether you are also serving other food.
- Location: share the city first. We will discuss whether pickup or delivery can work.
- Food you enjoy: link to dishes in our catalogue and mention anything you would rather avoid.
- Budget: a total or per-person target helps us discuss realistic options. A budget is not an agreed quote.
- Dietary needs: describe allergies and preparation requirements before the menu is confirmed.
Build a menu around the occasion
A family meal
Begin with one favourite main dish. Tell us whether you want accompaniments or already plan to provide them. Discuss portions based on the complete meal rather than the name of a tray.
A celebration with several dishes
Choose a shortlist from the catalogue. Ask which dishes can be prepared for the same date and how the serving sizes work together. Confirm what each item includes so nothing is assumed.
An office or group lunch
Tell us the serving time, access arrangements, dietary preferences and whether you need individually separated portions. Packaging, utensils, setup and delivery should all be discussed before confirming; they are not automatically included.
Questions to settle before the day
- Which dishes, quantities and serving units are included?
- What is the final total, and are any additional arrangements charged separately?
- When and how is payment due?
- Where and when will the handover happen?
- What handling and serving instructions come with the food?
- How are changes or cancellation handled?
Use the catalogue as your starting point
Photos show food from our menus. Request windows can change, and some entries describe earlier menus. A personal conversation establishes what can be prepared for your event.
We do not assume a dietary label makes a dish suitable for every allergy. Discuss ingredients and preparation with us before deciding.
